tell me what you think of this look, a gti grille bumper swap. it would be painted the same color as the truck will be (chrysler cool vanilla). to do or not to do?
I like the grill and lights, but to me, the bumper is too big, just not my style though. but if you like it, thats all that matters man!
i actually think that looks ok. i think with a little extra stuff done to it besides what photoshop can do, that could turn out pretty badass!!! that would be one of a kind and sick!!!
i think you should do this. Volkswagen Taro it's toyota, but badged as a volkswagen and manufactured in germany Volkswagen Taro - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I remember those when I was living in Europe - I was actually thinking of putting a VW badge on mine when I replace the grille
I think the grille/round lights look ok. Change the bumper. If it was mine id do something with the marker lamps. I think the round lights/grille combo make them look odd.
I think its ok, I like round headlights. That is why Im doing the FJ front end on mine. If you like it do it, dont matter what other people think right cause your building it for you not them.
^ something most people won't notice I'm thinking a badgeless grille too with the truck bumper of your choice.
lots of thoughts here. all good input. that fj front would one mean feat man. nothing comes even close to lining up between the two. I'm a previous body man and i would need serious persuasion to take that on. it would be the coolest though. now I'm wondering about a early 80's toyo front with the short thin bumpers. always loved that simple front and the round lights, i could add the other two smaller lights into it. if they had an ext cab back then I'd buy one for sure. there is an issue with making the top edge line up but nothing too difficult. I wonder if they are the same basic dimensions.
If the grille is smaller than the yota one u can always add metal to the fenders/hood to make it look fitted
Not a fan. IMO it looks terrible but again whatever makes you happy. Definitely not the bumper. Try putting a 4 runner bumper and go from there. If you do so be sure to show us some pics.
