Trying to help my freind with her a/c. It's weird her drivers side a/c vents blow air but not cold air while her pass. side blows cold air. In the middle vent above the radio the one on the left blows warm the one on the right blows cold. I've checked the ducts and they are all together. I think each side has a fan but somehow the freon air is not comming to the drivers side. Any ideas?

    Vents are clear

So I removed the vent under the windsheild where the wippers mount to check for leaves or whatever that might have clogged it and its clear so I'm stumped.

I think I can help you find the problem,

If its dual climate control you could have 2 problems:
    1. One of the blend doors (control heat and cold) could be stuck or broken
    2. The control to the hot/cold switch could be bad

If it's single climate control you could have a problem that is a combination of 1&2

Or lastly if its mechanical you may need to recharge and test for leaks in the lines, this is to ensure there is enough pounds of r134a.

    hope this helps diagnose

It's not dual control. I have an 05 Accord LX and they are the same.
