anyone do a swap for disc on the rear

    looking to swap my 69 toyota drums to disc on the rear i have the orginal rear end any info thanks

    Yes did my 88 Extra Cab.
    Front upgrade to larger disk,12.9'' & 4 caliper set up & rear to single piston & 11.32" rotor w/ e-brake.
