PM'd you a number to guy in my area (Northern California) who has access to a Stout parts truck. Not sure what the owner of the parts truck has left, but it's worth a shot.

 

I am parting out the cab and frame of a Stout 1900 do not have details as for the year. Has interior dash parts as well as good to fair sheet metal, doors, hood, fenders. no running gear or windsheild. It is an Az. truck no rust at all. would like it to go to anyone that has a use for parts.
