what year engine is in my truck please help

    i have a 85 yota with the 22r in it,,, it was supposed to have been changed out but im not sure the only numbers that i can find is on the drivers side of the block on one place it has 1976924 next to that is has the 22r please help

    valve covers are interchangeable between 85+ and pre 85
