Congrats to Dave! Congrats to both of them, actually. It was a very close one, both trucks are nice too! Hoping to see more progress in the future, Dave!
Congrats dave well done and nice looking truck. Heres a saying i use Going off of what you said about your truck and women ........... Looks good from far but far from good.
Congrats to DionTDE!!! You're the TMOTM for June 2011!! Hold your head high and rub this title in peoples faces. lol Ever since i was little and the 89 to 94 body style 2WD pickup was showcased i wanted one. It has been a dream of mine to have a 2WD toyota pickup lowered on some nice rims. When i was in high school i stubbled across a dodge dakota and started my first project. It has completely customer interior including eclipse bucket seats, metallic purple painted interior and a giant system. I sold the truck shortly after finishing the interior and putting eclipse rims on it. The truck was not want i wanted. I then found an 81 toyota long bed for 400 bucks and bought it and started to tear into it as well. I even started the plaid interior in that truck but a friend cost me a lot of money and i had to sale it. I was not upset because it still wasnt what i wanted. I finally had some extra money and started looking for the truck i always wanted. I found a decent condition toyota that i liked. I bought it got it home and put it into my car port and started the process of rebuilding it for a year or so. I shortly found TM and everyone was so helpful that it sped up the process and i started to some some good progress. I bought the truck stock accept it already had a 4runner front clip and i didnt even notice it until a year or so after i bought it thanks to TM. I do have plans for paint and bedliner and hopefully an awesome motor swap and bags later on down the road. Thanks to my wife for her patience and TM for their patience and huge knowledge base. I could not have gotten this far without them. Build Thread>>>>>>> Finally My Build Once again, Congrats Bro!
Thanks again to everyone. I still have a ton of work left and now that I am back from Yellowstone I can start working on it again.
