calvertracing(caltracs)

    Calvert Racing - The Leader in Leaf Spring Innovation has anyone heard of using these on our pickups? i have a lowered 91 with a 7mgte, 8.8 rearend and having problems with wheelhop lol, im not sure i want to go the whole forward facing 4 link just yet. Does anyone have a sugestion on fixing wheelhop?

    My buddies 67 camaro has em.

    Basically its a lower control arm to go between the axle (bottom of springpack at the perch, to under the front mount point of the springs.

    Just a lower control arm. Nothing more.

    He said it made all the difference in the world traction wise.:shrug:

    Heavier springs help with wheelhop too....

    hmmmm thanks, so basically a lower control arm!. who makes stiffer springs? i have belltech 3inch lowring leaf springs with nitto drop shocks.

    Yes. AND basically it prevents the rear end from making caster rotation.

    well the website doesn't seem like they make it for our trucks, i really would like a set but im scared they wont fit. i guess i will try there worksheet and see if the dimensiosn come close, anyone have a spare leaf spring laying around lol here is the truck dimension sheet. http://calvertracing.com/documents/CalTracsDimension-truck.pdf
