I understand helicoils are once the bolt is out. I have to get it out first. Any thoughts on getting it out?

Im in the same boat, the top right manifold bolt, closest to the firewall is stripped out, just far enough in that I can compress the lock washer but not enough to cinch down the manifold, so my next step is to helicoil it, I got brand new M10x1.25 bolts and nuts though to swap out, in the mean time I deal with the awesome exhaust note, and slight smell lol

This happened to me too, but I managed to use a smaller bolt in the bolt that was stuck since it wouldn't come out. I have a problem with breaking bolts too :D

A new manifold is on the way though for me.
