perhaps, but i doubt it. The car ran great when it started being used again from 98K-101K. now i changed out the fuel filter, should i do the fuel pump and accelerator pump next? i know what and where the fuel pump is, where is the accelerator pump located at? the car runs and goes thru all 4 gears, but it fights me the whole way, and the truck shakes when just on idle. so its getting gas but not enough? whatcha think

so im thinking about doing a whole new fuel system. Is there a electric fuel pump in the tank it self on the 1985 22r 4-speed carb? so new tank, fuel filter, mechanical pump, new lines, and im just wondering if there is another pump on this truck like an electric one?

Could just be the mechanical pump on its way out...

No electric pump in the tank from the factory on Carbed models.
