Maybe 3inches , w/a 3inch block pull a leaf and cranked torsions up front. But if you want it to ride good up front and you have the cash use drop spindles

I have a 93' and I recently lowered mine. Im running 18x8.5 with 245/40/18 in the rear, 18x8 225/40/18 in the front. I did 3" blocks and middle leaf removed in the rear, and 2" bell tech spindles and loosened torsion bars in the front.

I havent driven it since I lowered it, Im hopefully smoging it tomorrow. The last time I drove it was in August and back then it was lifted. There shouldnt be any power loss as the rear tires are very very close to the stock size.

Idk about torgue loss but when I had my 18s there's more traction because it's wider but there could be a power loss if the rims are heavyer

Yah my 225/45 r18 tires were like 1/8" smaller than the stock tires so it should be the same

with the main leaf the bottom and a flipped overload leaf and good shocks of course you could support about 200lbs

Yeah, I noticed a huge drop in acceleration with the 18's.

I do highly recommend getting drop spindles, it will maintain the ride in the front. The rear will still ride a little rough cause its lowered.

I'm running Belltech 2" drop spindles, 3" blocks, and Toxic drop shocks at all 4 corners. Torsions and leafs are stock.

The back is sittin a little lower than normal, my winter wheels/tires are in there.

when i did my slam on my 86, i did it with all the ideal components. anyone who rode in my truck was always amazed at how nice it rode with it being as low as it was.

look it up... up front i had 2" belltec spindles, 1 1/4" b/j flip, 3" djm lower control arms, SAW torsion bars cranked in to ride height, and all bushings replaced to energy suspension poly's. rear i had 3" belltec drop leafs and a 4" drop block, hellwig rear sway bar, notched at the axle and notched at the rear cab crossmember, bilstein's all the way around.

yes, i had around 1000 bucks in suspension but it was all worth it with how well it rode and handled.
