Also there is about 1.5 - 2" clearence from the ends of the U bolts. should i trim it or is it okay?

Re indexing the torsion bars is wen u pull the bar out and turn it a few splines.

Re keying the torsions is wen u take off the part where the adjusment bolt sits turn it a bit so it isnt hanging down below the frame

Be sure to post some pics with the Duc on the back. I'm planning on installing some air shocks as well since I haul a CBR. IMO a set of gold wheels would like sick on that colored Yota. Nice drop but I'd go lower. :waytogo:

So the ride on the freeway was ok
until you hit bumps or a wavy road.
I thought of gold too but I think I'm
    going with semi black.
    Thanks for the explanation
    on the index thing.

Red can look good, but it depends on the color of the truck....

if you're riding on bumpstops...the instance the tires meet a bump or dip, the force will transfer directly into the vehicle. you'll feel ALOT of it.
Feels like **** btw. Especially up front.

trim the bumpstops in the rear to regain that lost inches of travel from the blocks.

Trim or drill the front bumpstops. Aslong as u have some travel between the LCA and bumpstop ul be ok

the only issue here however is that it is possible for you to now bottom out on your stock length shocks. if you plan to leave it like this, it be wise to get some toxic or otherwise shorter drop shocks. if you dont, you can purchase drop arms that will drop you a solid 3" and still retain your stock travel and use of stock shocks.

drop arms are around $195 from summit racing. this is all "future suggestive" advice.

the rears you can just remove....... the progressive rate of the rear springs will likely keep it off the frame.....

i never ran them in the back....... never noticed it bottom out. unless you drop it around 5 inches, you wont have to worry about frame hitting.

as for fronts, contact beef taco for low profile snubbies.
