new to the site(and toyotas) but not to minitrucks.my name is jeremy,im from kansas. just recently purchased 2 hilux's. one is a 71,and the other is a 72. my plans are to fix up the 72 since its a complete truck.anyway here's a picture of the 72 [/IMG]
thanks guys. ive always liked these trucks,and pretty happy that i finally found one in real good shape. ill definitly have a build thread on it as soon as i get to the good stuff like baggin and droppin it,and gettin the interior restored,and paint. my plans are keepin it lookin all stock but layin on the ground. and ill try to get pics of the 71 that i bought. its kinda rough,but has some good parts on it,so it will be nice having it as a parts truck.
as of now we dont have any snow where im at,but i think we have chance for more later today. cant wait for spring so i can get started on baggin the truck.i only have a one car garage and no room to do anything at the moment. i did get the stock 18r motor running yesterday though. runs real good,so im happy about that.
Cool A buddy of mine is up Manhatten/Junction city way.... was telling me about the Snow he has.... Yeah your not the only one waiting for Spring....I think we all are..
