Not sure I know I need the trans end so I can get a drive shaft made but if you need rear end piece its there. I just wanna get rid of all I can instead of just crushing it all

just fyi, i've read that the exhaust manifolds for the sc400 will fit the toyota frames. they are like block hugger headers, where as the ls400 units stick way out. i've got to run custom headers to clear my dang rack and pinion steering shaft :(

also on my 89 ls400 auto tranny there isn't a traditional u-joint, it has a rubber disk that the driveline bolts to. i'm planning on making an adapter to bolt to the stock flange, then use a 88 toyota 4x4 front driveshaft as a donor for the front yoke, as well as the slip shaft that is built into the shaft itself.

Are you planning on swapping all of the ls400 wiring into your truck to make it work? i'm going to be sending my 1uz engine harness to Sean at | Myjzswap.com |. since my 73 lux has very little wiring, he is going to make me a stand alone setup that will only require hooking up the battery and a 12v ignition wire. can't wait to hear the rumble of that 1uz!!!! lol

thanks bernie that info helps tremendously.... ive got a good freind helping with the swap since i have no idea about motor stuff... he said using the stock wiring will be easy since its all there he said once he's done there will be a ignition, power and ground... i really have no idea how he's gonna make the harness that simple but he's a really good mechanic and a pro at wiring.. im def keeping that exhaust tips in mind...
