so i finally got a new truck. after my red one got pancaked almost a year with out one, i finally got another one. 90 std, cab 22r 5 speed DLX Came with 14" rims Changed them to stock Tacoma rims 22R Paint is a bit chewed up, will be painting her up, needs lots of love. good power. Just finished putting new spark plugs, wires, cap rotor. put a cd player in, got lucky and went to the salvage yard that has my old truck and pulled the center console from her, the stereo trim was all cut up on this one and my old one was not. i like the ride, debating on lowering her now or leaving her stock till some wheels get put on. Sucks i saw my old truck, they sold one door, pulled the motor our fixed what was broken and now are selling it. and they sold the wheels i had too, that's about it. the frame is bent up, front and back, cab was bent as well, So i'm used to 22RE's, the only question i have is how do i adjust the mixture on the carb?? i was told its running rich and that i need to lean it out. and the book shows adjustment for idle so pictures would be helpful if you know how to adjust it.
My old chrome front end, the stock 94 steering wheel, bunch of 22re parts, I'm hesitating on swapping over to the newer front end, i want so skip and go straight to the 4runner front end, lol
