I just picked up a set of 18" is350 wheels. Will these bolt right up to my 93' or will I have to do work to make them fit. I cant put them on my truck right now as I am on my way to work. Cant wait to see how they look
I did it already... bore them out (67.06mm) on the fronts and backs OR you can run 1/4" spacers with longer (rear) studs up front. I ended up boring mine... much easier. Check out my thread: http://www.toyotaminis.com/forum/build-up-project-threads-25/newbie-here-ive-got-pictures-3281/
Ok sweet. I may try the spacers at first just to get the truck off blocks. Your truck was one of the reasons I looked at those wheels. Where did you have the wheels bored out at. I cant wait to get off work to see how they look.
Ok so I played with them this morning and the back looks like a spacer will be ok, but not sure about the front. Can anyone recomend placet to have it done in riverside/corona area.
If you have a router you can do it yourself. There's a guy on YouTube that shows you how to do it on escalade rims
Find a rim shop. i know theres plenty out in LA so you should have no problem doin it. GEt the specs on the center bore of the yota and have them do it. il have to go back and check how deep they need to bore the wheels to clear the biggest part of the hub
hey man just get 1/4 inch spacer all the way arround you'll be fine they wont rub at all. if you do it right you can put the cap over the hub also heres my wheel with the stock center bore
So I got the center bores cut in the front and a spacer in the rear. Every ting fits good and looks great. I will put pictures up tonight. But cant wait to drive it again.
Yeah a new paint job is on the agenda. It was all one color when i had all the fiberglass on. I need to get it regestered and smogged first. I was like a kid on Christmas on the way back from the tire shop yesterday.
