K well i just started tearing apart my engine today because of a stubborn thrmostat housing bolt that broke off. Now i can't get cooling system pressure cause of the leak. Pulled off the manifold and taking it down to the local shop where this guy is sopposed to be a genius when it comes to bolt removal. Anyway if he can fix it, next stop is the local machine shop to have the entire intake cleaned and ported. I'll post pics of the intake when it's done but here's some teasers.

Well I'd decided to get rid of the egr while i was at it. so I made my own filler plates instead of getting the ones from LCE.

yeah i hope that doesn't have to happen. I wanna just drill an tap it but I not sure how fragile it'll be afterwards.
I used alluminum, band saw, and a drill press.
I think I'm goin to change the three hole one because i'm a little picky on the way it looks and i don't like it. I'm picking up the gasket material tommorow so i can make the gaskets. then I should be finished. Once i have the design the way i want it. I make some extras and hook you guys up.
