This is more of a feeler than anything, I have a set of (4) Mustang GT wheels, 2 wheels have 50% tread and the other two are practically brand new tires.

I have two mounted up on my truck right now but i noticed when putting them on the front the inside of the rims ever so slightly rubs the top of the ball joint.

pic mounted on the front with top of upper ball joint slightly touching.

Make an offer on the wheels if your are interested, they do include all center caps. I will charge you for exact shipping if interested.

Hey there. I am running the same wheels on my '93 extra cab. They only really rub /contact the wheel weights and only when the truck is unloaded weight, -jacked up off the ground. When the truck is sitting on the ground, the weight of its-self causes the angle to change and the end of the arm comes up, the end of the ball joint comes away from the wheel. I was going to have the wheels balanced again with just the sticky weights to gain the extra few millimeters but have had no problems so far. -Just giving you hope on knowing that these exact wheels will work fine and look good. Maybe you might just keep them. Good luck on your project!
