im new to the torsion bar suspension design and 76-83 2wd yotas. so i was wondering how to do away with the torsion bars or am i going to have to fab up my own front suspension that will allow either coils or bags. and also be cheaper.

For racing/handling, or to get low?

The suspension can be built with the right parts to make it handle crazy good.

Low but not to low I want a good look and yet still be able to handle corners pretty good.

sway a ways are a must!!! Cannot be understated.

Just good luck finding them tho, they were discontinued.

Drop spindles are sweet too, only adapting them to a 79-83 is not easy.

^^^notice bigger 23MM late model sway bar too. It does alot (im sure an aftermarket bar would make it even better.

And this is what it sat like with the torsion bars loosened and drop spindles. They are big tires, hence its still isnt "slammed"
