Hey, I have a bone stock 94 king cab that I'm planing on bagging in the next few months. My question is this. What offset do I need to tuck? The rims I've been looking at on the discount tire web site are 17 x 8 with a plus 22 offset. Will that give me room move laid out? Tire size is 215-40-17. Also if you know of a cheaper place to buy rims/tires that would be helpful.

Um ebay is cheap for rims so is NLmotoring I got 17's with stock offset like plus 38 I think and they tuck right in nicely anything will fit really as long as you don't go negative or reverse offset

thanks, ive been looking and it looks like the +22 offset of that rim wont be enough. it looks as if everyone is running around a +40 or better.

The rims I plan on getting are 18x8 with a +35 or +38 can't remember. But I think you should be good

Hey gang, if I could tag onto this thread with a closely related question . . .
I see guys with Mustang Bullitt wheels on their trucks. I love the look. But I
tried on a couple different ones and they didn't clear the top ball joint up front.

Are people using spacers to run them? Or are there different widths and offsets that
    I don't know about?

    Thanks!
