.....this is the 2nd time a seller on ebay has used my truck and photshopped their tail lights on it. The funny part is in between the bigger pics it says this, "Below Is The Picture Of the Item Installed, Not Imitation." BULLSH*T!! HIGH QUALITY LED Tail Lights Lamps RED Toyota Pickup - eBay (item 330496315193 end time Dec-13-10 17:07:46 PST) Here's the original...
I've contacted ebay before about the first one that did this. They said they can't do anything about it cause the seller did not get the photo from an ebay ad. I also tried emailing the first seller letting them know that they were using my photo, all they said is "I assure you, we are not". So I asked them where the pic was taken and do they want to see the original. No reply. I even asked if they would give me set of lights and then take a pic of and send it to them so their ad would be false. No reply. I have not contatced this one.
me: Dear ipexmotoring, Why do you claim the pic is of installed lights, when they are photoshopped on my friend dave's truck?? - bernharp85 them: Dear bernharp85, Thank You for contacting us~ The picture of the install picture is there for reference only. I am not sure who car it is but the picture is photoshop. If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know. Sincerely Ipexmotoring K.Y. - ipexmotoring
Maybe it will be an internet phenomenon and everyone will "photoshop" your truck into tons of pictures. Like the cigar guy.
hey nice tail lights know where i can get a set? lol i dont think you can really do anything about the pics on ebay cept bitch at the guy. If its posted on the net and doesnt have a trademark or license thing i think its public property and can be used as anyone seems fit. kinds ****ty they are saying the lights are installed though and they arnt. I dont think i would be able to tell its a photoshop.
