So Im in the market for a camper shell for my 91 regular cab yota. Im a cheap a$$ so Im wanting a used one. Does anyone know of there is a shell from another brand of mini that matches up with the yota? I cant have a big gap at the top of the cab and want the shell and the cab to flow together. I found a solid sided one (wich I would rather have) for $100 obo but it came off a Ranger. I dont mind road trips but its a good drive (5 hours) and dont know if it will line up good.
Any input would be great thanks.

if its the sqaure body style ranger then yes it'll fit. Anything thats a sqaure body pickup will fit on our trucks. The one I have will fit on a S10 (Sqaure body. We put it on a round body to get it home and no were near lining up right lol) and for sure a Ranger. Possibly the nissans would fit too.

If you found one for a $100 you better pick it up. Even if you cant use it, you can re-sell it and make money on it. I drove 4 hours to the guy to get it, and then 4 hours back. They are pretty expensive. I ended up getting mine for 60 bucks, and that included Clamps (which I bolted it down), and the $100+ boot.

Heres how mine looks. Dont mind my messed up corner light in the bed, and the creased bed =(.

That sucks. Even if it wasnt built for a walk through you still can boot it by just removing the rear window.

I plan on haveing to cut it along with the cab. I have to go all out if I do a shell as I already have a below the window line blow through done. Just need to go bigger. The first time I looked at you response it didnt show your pic. Nice I like. Thats what Im really wanting. Is that one off a Ranger?

The only one I can find is the one on the silver excab and it has a raised top. I didnt want the raised top or the windows but may have to settle with windows.

Ok I found one that is very close and they want $50 for it but it came off an 85 ex cab. Would this fit and line up well on my 94? Thanks for any immediate assistance.

I would just test fit it. I've been kind of lookin myself with not much luck. I have heard that the ones for the ext cabs won't fit the std cabs cause of the angle of the cabs at the back window.

no not cbass, forgot about them. No North Verde for me. Very expensive. I know of one in the nampa caldwell area, but not sure if its still there (this was 6 months ago) and I cant remember what it was on. Im thinking an early 90s nissan if I remember, but havent had the free time (works busy) to go all that way just to see if they still have it, see if it will fit, and hope they dont want an arm and leg for it.
