i crank my torsion and now am ridin on bump stop on front...is it bad?????

nope, you'll be ok just take am off and trim them. They have a bump in the middle just cut that off.

 

Or you can just take them all the way off like i did

 

but if you bottom out it can smack it hard and f stuff up

 

Drive slower n watch for bumps, dips, and potholes...

 

Right now my front hits the inner fender wells before it smacks down. Thats only if i hit a big bump or dip they i didnt see. Or you can take them off and get the small bump stops from BEEFED TACO.

If you're running factory size tires, they'll see the inner fenders first. Bfh time.

Yes i am driving on factory tires, I know thats why but im waiting to get tires for the 17in steelies i have. Smaller tires do help alot

 

yeah. ever since I got the 16" wheels, i've have no major issues with the rubbing up front. I guess the tire size up front was smaller than factory, and the tire size in the rear is larger than factory. mindf^ck

 

did you take out the plastic liner? beefed taco is perfect but not free, my ways free, and if you have a B.F.H. that will fix it two

 

A BFH what? Yes i took out the inner liner. Still hits, not all the time just on certain bumps, dips, holes. Plus my shocks are shot so that doesnt help any

 

i have the factory shocks too

just get a hammer and bang things to get some more clearance. good luck

ah okay. if i hit a bump large enough, it may rub for that instance, but thats it.

 

ya mine to but i really think its the big tires and blown shocks. cause when its just me in the truck its not bad but when another adult gets in ..... man talk abot scraping some ruber on some inner fenders

 

Thanks for all the help braddas. So I cut the stops and had about and inch apart.

 

my truck actually doesnt rest on the bumpstops. i have some travel before it actually touches...

so

i was riding on stops

i trimmed the top part
and now it has a tiny bit of travel.

bumps arent so noticable now!

 

aonther thing...i have a 4" block on the back but i wanna get lower...about 1/2 and inch or 1 inch max....wat should i do...take a sping out or flip a sping..??

 

Take the middle spring out. Dont flip them.
