Just take your time when ur masking. cuz there will be a lot of masking unless u completely gut the engine bay.

make sure theres no tape/paper/ plastic/ watever, sticking up and masking wat u dnt want masked

    it was 2am.
me and a bunch of friends went to walmart.
I bought a Sony amplifier for $99 and the install kit thing for $25.
We finished the install at 6AM, after me and my friend finally got some wires to finally go through and get grounded.
it bumps good, i like it, not extreme, but better than nothing.

So yay, I got my 12" installed this morning. slept and woke up at 10AM. Awesome

I pulled the stock carb and put on a weber 32/36 as well as new NGK plugs, new cap & rotor and changed the oil.

Oh yeah, I also drove it up the street and back and WOW what a difference:eek: :waytogo:

Swapped my 225/50/16s for 195/50/16s up front. Didn't test drive it yet, but they should be short enough to not rub. It has a bit of stretch since its on a 7.5" rim. I wanted 205s but these were cheaper. Was gonna paint all the rims bronze, but it started raining.

Got pulled over tonight.....sort of.....I was already parked on the cruise. I had turned up my stereo for a quick second, must've been the wrong second cause a cop was driving by at the same time and I didn't see him. He stopped and asked me "Do you want to get embarrassed in front of your friends or get a ticket?" I said, embarrassed in front of my friends. So he asked how old I was, and then said, "do I really need to tell a 34 year old to keep it down?" I said "no". Then asked why I was hanging out with a bunch of teenagers. I said I wasn't, I was hanging with my friends. So he says, "90% of the people on the cruise are yunger than 25". I told him "but I'm not hanging out with them, I'm hanging out with my friends". Then he asked what my liscense plate meant, so I told him. Then he said that he didn't want to hear it for the rest of the night or he will give me a ticket.

I lucked out and had someone email me about a 75 sitting in a wrecking yard here. You don't see them around here much so I went down there yesterday and got my much needed taillights along with whatever else I could strip! :D

Today on my 90 model... I swapped out the 20R starter my buddy put on with my original off my 82 (installed new contacts)... Also re-packed the front wheel bearings, while I was there I did the BJ flip... Pretty busy day today, even had time left to do the yard and lay down some pathway brick... :waytogo:

Yesterday, I got 1 new tire. (I had a flat on the RR.)

Used that opportunity to mount my matching wheels for the front. (so I now have 4 of the same Lincoln LSC wheels).

1 new BFG 245/50zr16 on the RR. A wheel swap on the LR. Got an intake for the motor build. (302 stuff). The traction is amazing with that new rubber. :runaway:

i looked at my hilux for a few minutes.. trying to decide on shaving and modifying my stock bed, or having sheetmetal formed and fabbing brand new sides.

after that i rebuilt the carbs on my my 66 mustang, and my neighbors 56 chevy bel-air.

Today on my truck i cruised with my friends. Later on tonight we went through some curvy ass roads. I stuck behind the leader (g35) and we hit some water spots and kicked out the rear end... that was fun.

Bern, I say modify the bed.

Took the exhaust manifold off to figure why it was leaking. Flat surface on both head and manifold, yet still have a leak. New manifold bolts?

Did some cleaning and some and "un-ghettoing" of stuff the previous owner of my 4wd did. Then the cheap-ass walmart battery that was in the truck died. Stole the newer battery from one of my other trucks. Swapped in a new v6 radiator in my 2wd. Fixed the ratchet release for the seat slider so my GF can drive the truck. Kept trying to get her to use more throttle while driving. :p
