ok, I found the problem! And boy do I feel stupid! After studying it for awhile, I took a break from it. When I went back, the first thing I saw was a shinny spot on the bolt under the distributor gear. This bolt had either come loose, or I never tightened it. I could swear I had tightened it. So, to be on the safe side, I pulled the bolt, lock tighted it, and reinstalled it. Now tomorrow, I have to go get another drive gear and distributor. Thanks again for all of the help!

Put it this way, if you got a worn out engine, aren't worried about quality or longevity, just strictly want some of the cheapest you can get and just want to throw together a cheap rebuild, then yeah, thats good. But if your serious, want to build a quality engine, do some careful measuring and you start to see the cheap China quality of the parts that'll come back to haunt you down the road later.

I gots no truck, for now
i wouldnt run his stuff in my daily. Someone else wants to install it, sure fine with me, but when it comes down to what gets me to work and back, i'd be putting something i trust more in my motor.

The only thing I used from him, was the cam. If it gives me problems, I'll just pull it and install the stock one.

    Thanks
