The 4runner valance will not line up with a 4wd bumper without some modding. The bumper lights are different also.

funny thing is everywhere I look theres no option for 2wd or 4wd bumper/valance. So it there really a difference?

I thought the 4runner bumper looked weird in a way that it wouldnt be a bolt on deal. is there somebody that has the same one I posted on there truck with some pics?

David, what modifications have to be done to the 4runner valance to make it work? is it taller/bigger?

    Thanks

my truck has the 4runner valance on the 4wd bumper. doesnt even fit! hahahaha, I thought it would, unless you know how to trim plastic and play with epoxy or bondo, you can make it sit flush!

the two middle corners are tucked behind the bumper and license plate thing.

it looks awkward, i say you should grab a 4wd valance or something, or maybe you could work it out some how :D

or you know, outta nowhere, your zipties bust and its offset.... it does this.

    yup, what dave said.

Yeah Rodney, I found a pic of some australian or european xcab. his was red. He had the 4runner valance, but i'm not sure which bumper, i think it was a 2wd bumper. not sure how he did it, he might have did some extra handwork to the valance.

i sent the guy a message over on facebook but never got a reply...

also rodney, put it this way. since you have the welder, you can probably play around with the bumper. If you look at the corners of my valance, in the middle, it's more square than the round part on the bumper. cut and weld ;)
This is with valance in front of the bumper's license plate brackets

4WD front end, welded to single piece with minor bondo smoothing.

looks like he just used a chunk of plastic to fill the corner of the valance. thats how id do it. use 3m panel bond as a glue. use it as the fiberglass resin/mat, if the valance was fiberglass. make sense?

or, run an isuzu rodeo valance, they are fairly tall. same fitment, different grille opening from a honda passport (sister trucks)

That is one of the raddest Toyota Pickups I have ever laid eyes on. Very nicely done. The speckled flat paint is especially nice. What a great idea. And I wonder if the lip spoiler is custom fabbed?
