22R head damaged; rusted, repairable?

    hey i wonder if you guys have seen me around... LMAO... i have a '84 longbed... called the prostitute cause the bed has tons of rusted holes... lmfao... the color of my truck is a dark navy blue bed with white cab.. single cab... =D

    i started messing with the 22R head instead and am trying to figure out which are the valve seat guides and how should i take them out..... anyone from houston want to come help me out for free? XD... valve train is off... now working on taking off the valves which are on pretty good and the seats... do you take them out from the inside of the head out or from the top and push them in?...
