    4Runner with 3UR from the newer Toyota's.
and the TRD Supercharger so your 5.7L 3UR will push 500hp (TRD SC'd Tundra's do 0-60 in like 4.8s?)
and if that doesnt satisfy you, how about the 3UR with a set of twin Holset (think turbodiesel size) turbo's. You should 700+ or something, tuning included just so you dont blow ya motor.
I'm unsure how strong the rods are on the 3UR's. So get forged ones too, with lower compression.

Then, if that STILL doesn't satisfy you, throw in some headwork and some upgraded cams.
I believe with that much done, you should push at least 800+hp with a ****ton of torque

and if THAT still DOESNT satisfy you, larger valves, twin large holset turbo's that feed the TRD supercharger.
you should be putting out wayy too much. like 1.21gigawatts

as for the 4runner itself, it's choice of what you want to do with it. 2wd or 4wd or AWD
low slung 2wd build with a 6spd manual, whether a 6spd Supra trans or Tremec transmission used on Vipers, Vettes, etc.
4WD with your selection of gearboxes and t-cases.
AWD with a custom center differential feeding to LSD's all around.

Sound good? Yes it does, only in my dreams
