As for the 6 and 7 foot beds. Is it in front of or behind the axle?

well on toyotas i'm not sure, but on old chevys it's all in the front part of the bed. but that's a 2 foot difference compared to 1 so it's a lot easier to tell. but as shonuff's pic shows, looks like it's in front on the yotas as well.

LOL so much for attention to detail. I was so busy looking the truck over for rot, that I didnt even notice it was a long bed until I got home and my cousin asked 'why did ya get a long bed'.....

Too many blows to the skull over the years. Well, that sucks.

Ill try to get pics tonight.

BTW, I did search. Came up with nada

that's funny. you "accidentally" ended up with a long bed? just slam it as close to the ground as you can go.

Yeah, I tend to have dumb-ass attacks quite often now-a-days.

Hey Pred, did you take your rear bumer off or is that the way they come? I have no idea. This is my first toyota truck.

yeah, we all have dumbass thoughts from time to time, but we figure it out. look at some of my past posts regarding ideas for the vehicles that i have and fastforward to the last week or 2 and then you will see i kinda straightened up and started thinkin straight about what i was gonna do.
