Hey I'm new here tried the whole toyota 4x4 thing and i liked it but then the guys i was hangin w turned out to be pervs and i found most of the local toy guys were so i got into the whole mini truck thing and i love it....
I have an 89 toy with a 22r and it started as a box stock lil piece but then i put racin seat in and built a box and put two 8in subs in... now the interior is almost done in gettin ready to start the paint and out side.... when i got it, it was lowered 4in w moose pipe exhaust and a welded tailgait and euro lights... and soon i plan on droppin it 2 more inches and putin bigger rims on it i want it to have more shine on the rims... so thats my truck so...

 

welcome, i had a 4x4 once, didnt like it to much. so i went back to my 2wd. looks like ur doing good! keep us post as u go along...

Welcome to toyotaminis. Glad to see you join up. Ive owned a 4 x 4 '84 and it was fun, but, having my lowered '87 and stereo & mods has been hella fun 10 fold, cant wait to install my bag setup & 4link & then paint. Thinking Ill always roll 4 x 2 from now on, much better crowd I think ( no offense meant to 4 x 4 toyota owners, justa preference ) Cant wait to see some pictures and read your posts . . .

well as i was preparing for the for the car shows this weekend when i realized when i relocated my lic plate i didnt finish the wiring all i did was toss a couple wires down to the light so it'd light up but never finished it so i decided to finish it ill have pics soon of the rear end of my truck its llokin nice the plat light and all...

 

I wish I knew! We only have long beds, so any shortbed trucks in Aus, started out as a longbed, and the chassis gets cut and shortened, with an extra cab bed.

 

im thinkin bout puttin a chevy luv step side bed on my 89....
