well, ive seen them done before. and it should fit fairly well, dont know about bumper brackets. post some pictures of it. we love pictures.

 

86 and 95 are two different body styles though. the front fenders and bumper will still fit?

 

you will need to modify 92-94 4runner brackets to get the right fitment if not just make your own. brackets

my truck has that bumper and its an 84-88
