Im digging the old school 3 spokes!

Any plans for color? Or are you going to leave it shaggy? I think a new coat of that peanut butter would be rad.

forgot to add this to the other reply.... the paint will be purple. i had a truck EXACTLY like this back in 1992 when i was in high school. i kept the stainless bar grille (seen in pics) from the old truck and i also kept the hood that had a 90s mural on it. over 17 years later and the hood still looks brand new thanks to it hanging on the wall all these years!

here are some pics of my old truck and also the old hood on my "new" truck

the guy who welded in the letters butchered a few of the letters...

FYI - im looking for a toyota stamped tailgate. ANY condition gate as long as 75% of the letters are good. all i need are the letters cut from the gate and mailed to me in an envelope so lemme know if you know where one is. THANKS!!! ;)

Alright dude.. Youre my main motivation man! I wont be laying frame but I plan to be at a 6/7 static drop. Im going to keep it old school/classic on the exterior and new school in the interior. I know it was a year and half for you so Im on the same time frame. I got my 82 last December and I hope to have as my other daily by summer. If you get a chance check out my 82 project here on TM.:waytogo:

i get lost on this forum. hit me up w/ a link.

btw- if you are going static you should consider 84-88 drop leaf springs and 84-88 spindles and brakes.
