......when i spot a 87 mini slammed across from me waiting to turn in the same direction im goin. looked over and thing looked pretty low.... i get the op to go way before this guy so when i left the parkin lot i gave a nice grunty drift over onto the street....... get a mile down the road and come to a stop... guy is goin left im goin right....... traffic allows for me to pull up next to him and we say whats up, sai his is an 87, mines an 86..... we compliment our trucks and split..... i figure since its kinda rare to see a fellow mini trucker around these parts i flip a U-ey and cruise back in the direction he went......... come to find him at a gas station and stop to chat a lil bit........... come to find he's not on any forums and so i tell him about this place and our usual meets. got his interest and so i gave him the info. his truck is pretty clean..... 87 with 15's and what looked to be 195/50 series...... he was tucked up front to the tire and said he was runnin eased up torsion bars up front and blocks with spring clamps out back..... anyhow....... thought id share since its rare to see another mini trucker around my part of town..
Yeah me too, I thought you were out putting the lincoln locker to use as usual, and especially since it's raining.
Glad you found anoter truck local. Tokyo Drift, had me lol out loud Mini trucker - I hate that phrase
When I hear the phrase Mini - trucker, I see Larry the cable guy, w/ a sleeveless T-shirt, that says I am a mini trucker. I keep mah sister barefoot and pregnant. I don't know why?? I am a classic Toyota Enthusiast. They only came 1 size, no mini, no fullsize. So I don't drive a mini truck. I drive a classic Toyota truck!!!!!!!
actually....... thats exactly what i was doin...... i had a twin dorifto onto the onramp here off of 805 and bonita road with a guy in a mustang....... it was sweet!!! as of now im just goin out and just peelin the side nubs off the tires wherever i go yea........ thats what my friend refers to it as when i go out and do this.... he wont ride with me since he's afraid to go sideways...... but then again..... he drives a civic so he dont know the fun in it
dude............... soooo not the same but slightly more fun i'd assume i know for a fact that after a certain speed...... i can come to a complete stop....... snow/ice..... well......
I know its not the same, but it was still fun. I have studded snow tires on so I can still come to a stop when I want.
haha...i was a pizza guy last winter when we had like a foot of snow. i was doing that in peoples yards in my old 4wd. so if its bad out, dont stiff him. lol. and wheres the video and pics at eh?
if i had a decent camera man i would have got footage but i didnt and wasnt about to leave my camera out in the pounding rain........ maybe next time ill find someone
you are more than welcome to film it....... but be warned..... rain in san diego is like a one night stand....... it comes and goes before you know it its morning and theres just a little wet left over
take a nice strong plate of whatever steel. line up between headrests mark holes + for cam drill holes remove headrests place whatever steel there insert headrests mount cam have fun
