The shocks i have are the factory ones since 1988 so i wanted to replace them since they're not really absorbing any shock. The torsions are cranked and the rear has a mid leaf removed what shocks do you recomend for this set up? thanks

i like my kyb's. i got the back shocks for like 60 or 70 total i believe. i want to say they are mr2 shocks. thats on a stockfloor truck so we just measured what we needed. it's the dual bolt hole style, so they may work on a lowered truck pretty well. I think they are ~11-12 collapsed.

Not sure bout the length, but I know the Toxic drop shocks can up to a 3" drop on the front shocks and up to a 4" drop on the back.

I'm running a 2/3 drop with Belltech drop spindles in front and 3" blocks in back. I still have most of the factory ride in front, just a little rough in back. Doesn't bottom out though, maybe hit the bump stop a few when I have a load in the truck.

i think it was monroe that u can custom order shock/coilover setups for any application you just need to give them your measurements. i wanted to run this setup in the back.

you said coilovers, are you planing on doing a 4 link or coilover with leafs?
when i dropped my 84 chevy i used toxics in the front and bilstiens in the rear. i know if you go to any lift or drop shop and tell them what your doing they can order any shock to the dementions you need.
