i think kimsan808 idea is amust do. and maybe after you fix all that you should get an alarm system prefably clifford, or viper. wit the little screens and when the alarm goes off it will beep on your keychain and just run right out of class. im also a highschool student and one time my keychain beeped and i just shot right out of class. come to find out it was security putting a parking violation on my windshield for not having my parking pass.

 

Once I get a parking space (need to hear from administration still), I'll get the whole truck wrapped together and I'll get back out there.

A Viper alarm system would be very nice! You have to place individual sensors on the body panels or glass correct?

nope, its one shock sensor. nothing more then a little black box that sets off the alarm when it senses vibration

A good vehicle theft preventor for the 22RE is the distributor wire.. thing plugs in and out easily lol.

lol i wanna do that so bad. you could just put a switch like the old chevelles had for there high beams on the floorboard. but i think the look good black because they break up the red but its your call man. either way im sure it would look good

 

coil wire wont work that well.


you can use a regular spark plug wire for a coil wire in a pinch, cars run on 3cyl all the time without owners knowing it.





you need secret kill switches.



another tip is throw away the alarm siren, nobody EVER looks at a car alarm going off. go to a home alarm store and buy a police sounding siren. bout $60 1200db just like a police car, people always look when they hear the siren.

 

Your welcome bud. Glad I could help. I had a 1 piece installed the same day I took out the slider so no biggie. Ill try and get it shipped in the fastest way possible. have to use some plywood to make sure it doesnt break. other that you should see it next week.
