All of my work and fabrication is done with top-of-the-line equipment using Miller TIG welders to give you the best possible quality and strength in mounting the engines. Im wanting to have them sandblasted and powdercoated for mild steel or have them polished if you want stainless. Our kits are going to be top notch when finished and depending on the chassis and customer needs we can have them made with wither solid mounts ( recommended for racing/drag applications, and will be cheaper) or we can have them setup with aftermarket rubber mounts for the more comfortable ride. Mine personally in my trucks vibration is not noticable. but again this is a feeler to see what most customers would like so we need your input on what you would prefer and why.

    Thanks,
    Rodney

Well Tech2 is selling them for 1500-2500 dollars! I can promise you it will be much much less. I want to keep all kits under $1000 bucks and Im sure that will be easily done. I think more then a grand is outrageous. I know if I was the customer I wouldnt pay that much which is why I built my own for little to nothing. Once I get a parts list together and how long they take to build with a car to do it I will have a price ready. But no one has to worry about price for the kits as they are free with our engine swap offer at this time.

The wiring harnesses we are doing now are on sale too. they are being done at $400 at this time but the sale is ending soon and will be going up to $450 at the regular price.

here is the swap offer on our site

I wanna give you an extreme swap for my truck.

    TwinTurbo 3UZ with 1UZ or better rods, built 5 or 6spd, and that's swapping from a 22RE auto :D

1uzfe kit, make it compatible with 4wd as well, manual tranny adapter, wiring (taking into to account the difficulty of running a manual tran on 1uzfe ecu) money maker....I would buy one in a couple of years possibly 2 if you can pull it off for a 2wd as well (will need custom oil pan as well I believe)

That would be the new back to the future car! haha. With the information I have picked up, these 1uz engines are stout for a v8. I cant wait to do one. We will be doing one in 2 MKIII supras in the near future. They will be 100% CA Smog legal and one will have a CARB legal supercharger! Should be really fun. Oh and they will have the r154 transmission to hold the power.

If I have the vehicle that gets the swap, we will sell the kit. Dont worry I can make it happen :waytogo: This is what I love to do and will make it right at the best cost for the customers. I just need someone who wants to fork out a few grand in parts and they will have a turnkey monster with the labor on us.

1UZ and 3UZ are all aluminum motors, and pretty much an overbuilt motor, alike the JZ motor.

    24v, DOHC, VVT-i capable, 6cyl, smooth, 3.0L - 2JZ - 3.0L/6cyl= .5l per cyl
    32v, DOHC, VVT-i capable, 8cyl, smooth, 4.0L - 1UZ - 4.0L/8cyl= .5l per cyl

3UZ is technically the 1UZ bored out to 4.3L. Possibly has better headflow, I dont know for sure. I assume since the 3UZ is more advance.

    1UZ, 2UZ, and 3UZ all have VVT-i, but that's in some forms.

the first early 1UZ had the strongest rods.
1UZ rods can interchange the others.

2UZ is the iron block stroker of 4.7L (bored?) . has a VVT-i form also. Toyota's fail of this motor with the Tundra is the TRD supercharger. slap one on and pray your rods don't bend.

So use any UZ motor you want for your build, use 1UZ rods for your beginning rods, unless you want something really strong, use Eagle H-beams.

A video on youtube provides a Supra with the 1UZ motor on the dyno running up to about 8k+RPM's.

Anyway, if i wanna try to stick a turbo with the UZ in my truck..... Idk where the turbo will reside... might cut some space open from the hood, get some clear stuff and build a cowl over it. imagine that, seeing two nice and polished turbo's sticking out the hood... hehehe

then the intercooler pipes run up into a manifold, but the top of the manifold is also clear, revealing a stack of horns, ready to trumpet within the enclosure.

Haha, if i went single turbo, i wanna try continuous variable geometry turbo :D
and then, I would place the turbo next to the heater core, just for hot air if ever needed ;)

is this a bolt in product or fab in?

    eng mount replacement adapter thingys?

whole X mem for specific year?

    reason i ask is...

a 95 22r block can be bolted into a 1970ish 8/18r car (hilux, corona, celica) easy, weather or not the hood closes and the oil pan clears is another story.

so a bolt in eng mount thingy would be good for all kinds of cars, or maybe a drill your own mounting holes x-mem

This will be a bolt up kit. The vehicle getting the engine swap will also be involved in R&D to build our bolt on engine/transmission kits specific to the engine being installed. The customer will drive away with a turnkey vehicle that will have our finalized engine and transmission mounts.

I was aware that the 22r block was pretty universal in those cars but its hard to be 100% sure on fitment with the hood and the oil pan clearence w/o seeing it in person. Ill look into it while doing the swap and see if they will.
