Very nice combo you have. Love the front of the pickup and wish I could do more to mine. Maybe you can answer a question that I posted. I bought a steering column cover from a 4runner and it looks like it has a light in it. When does this light come on: when you open the door, turn on the lights...

Yeah I know what that is. It's a courtesy lamp to see the ignition switch when you're trying to get the key in at night. They're hooked up to your dome light

I pretty much don't have a choice. My wife says to sell one or she gets a credit card so we can do more traveling.
    Credit cards ARE THE DEVIL!

That would be a tough choice. But it would be an easy choice for me cause my wife doesn't like to spend money.

 She's always been like that. To make it even better, part of the reason she went back to school is so I can have more money to put into my truck. How awesome is that!? :nana:

    Thanks for the comments

    As far for the headlights,
They were pretty easy. I did a little trimming on the core with a dremel and the projectors already had harness' to hook up as H4's. Only took me a full afternoon and about half an hour of night to align the light pattern. The cornerlights will be a different story. I'm planning to cut and pull to re-establish the flow of lines.

Love both rides! I wouldn't sell the Runner as I already told you in the other thread but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to keep the wife happy. At least you'll still have one left, better than none. ;)

    flipped grill

Not at all. A bit of cutting with the handy dremel did the trick. I found that the Tacoma headlights were pretty much the same dimension as the sealed beam headlight doors on ours, only that the slant was the exact opposite direction. Turning the grill upside down just kinda made sense. The grill itself is currently held on by zipties but some nuts and bolts at HD should make it pretty and permanent.
