I'm diggin the stock/classic/custom Look, especially on the older rides, thats what makes them custom and unique,.

Thanks for the great compliments everyone, makes me feel very confident about the truck I have big plans for the truck, one major thing per year. I found a link to the original paint codes for 82/83 trucks on google images http://www.toyotareference.com/charts/TR79.png, was very happy about that.

I have decided what wheel the truck is getting next April and I also have decided on the paint job, going to very clean and very different, will have to wait and see, but I'm sure everyone will approve on the choice. I love luxuary cars and I am going to incorporate my own idea of luxuary into the truck. I seen a brand new 2009 blue Maserati with cream leather interior and wood accents sitting in the parking garage of my wifes work a few months ago I just about passed out, it was so beautiful!

Ok Im happy that there are mini truck fellows running the classic/stock look. I wish I could do that to my 82 all the way around. My 82 2wd short bed is in excellent condition with just a few things that welding will take care of. Im going with the classic exterior and new school interior. It would be a better project budget wise if I can do the interior the new school way. The exterior is great and all Im doing is dropping a better 20R into it the truck. I will get pics up real soon. That bodydrop is real nice! Im just going with a real low static drop. But your truck makes me want to have mine running already!:verdict_in:

Thanks for the compliments, sure appreciate it. I am doing everything to this truck in complete stages, 1 major mod per year: Just got the new mag in and theres a feature that reads "perfection in stages", I have learned a -lot from my last truck, was not a good expereince at all. Truck won''t be for sale while I'm still around, probably give it to my son one day. I'm hoping ti turn him onto to Mini Truckin' one day. My wife said "great, now I'll have 2 of you to deal with" LOL.

    Suspension and body drop (done)
    wheels and tires
    interior
    motor
    body work and paint

Thanks for the friend request, accepted.
