(i'm "mostly" german) go to west coast nationals, i'll be there! the mexicans in my hood look at me like i'm a beaner! they're the whitest people i know. dude there is honestly 50 junk yards within an hour of me. but i only go to 1. yep gotta drop the c.r.
That last pic. There was a bike race going on or something like that, and the guy ended up driving through the course and hitting the bikers. I think 2 or 3 of them died.
thanks! only the one is really custom, but given time and a hefty allowance from the wifey they'll come along.
And your only 23 wow thats crazy. Sorry im a post whore and ask a lot of questions. Nothing personal, im trying to work on it. This site is just so awsome.
yep i love this site. i learned to weld at 16, got hired at 17 at a steel recyler welding containers, then got into heavy equipment once i turned 18. it's a living but sometimes i wish i was a doctor....
Dang. I learned how to weld in high school. i was the only one in my metals class interested, everyone else went to play cards and hang out. My teacher loved me for that. Career wise, my dad didnt want me doing that, wants me to go the "get an education & good job route" instead of the buss ass route. Even my teacher tried convincing him, said he could get me in at a few places. ****ty deals is ever since high school i never touched a machine again.
my wife went to school. for 5 years i made a ton more than her. now shes an RN and makes bank. i might go back to school, just to learn something aside from manual labor. but i get bored really easy. my friend (he used to teach at a welding school) suggest i get a job teaching welding. i think it would be cool to teach high school welding, but the little bastards that just screw off would really piss me off.
Yeah im like that too. I get bored pretty easily. Guess school pays off in the suuuuuuper long run. hahahah.
i've also thought about trying to get an aircraft cert, but the liability is crazy. i wouldn't mind just building minis though.
i am almost in the same boat as you burnz paying my gf's way threw collage that **** is spendy cant wait till shes done though then i can put my money to better use....(My truck) lol
i got lucky! my wife got scholarships and grants for almost the whole amount. all she had to do is write essays and what not.
Mannnn, thats what i do. Do as many scholarships as i can, use whatever i need for school, buy only the books i need and use the rest on my truck or buy new stereo equipment. God i love college.
exactly. she got one grant for over a $1000, needless to say it bought the laptop i'm typing on, and came with like $250 in rebates. so technically we made money on the deal.
