I'm a little scared of the whole 'moving the clutch master cyl' thing... Seems very involved...

I'm not sure if my upper control arms can handle me being much lower, they are pretty much standing straight up at 12 o'clock right now. Once I get the passenger side done, i'll have a better idea where i'm at and what else I might need to do.

LOL I perfer "tucking like a motor home" :D

i think a set of custom upper controls arms would fix your problems. when you modified the uppers to get the right ball joint angle it essentially shortened the arm. if you get a custom set with the proper ball joint angle built in (and using the stock length from the ball joint to the crossshaft) it would push the top of the tire out. i would imagine it would let you clear the clutch m/c and help with the camber.

    Help?

    I didn't know i had a camber problem...

I love... LOVE my camber. Plus it levels out at ride height... believe it or not, I have a little over a 1/4" of shims ADDING camber on the front that I have not taken out. Once I go in for a full alignment, i'll know better where I stand.
I appreicate the suggestion, and you are probably right...

I bet I could make a oval shaped cut around the clutch cylinder with the upper part of the oval above it, pull the panel out, flip it over, and re mount the cylinder. Effectively raising it.

Like I said, It may not lay that hard once i have the passenger side done...

Did I mention I like camber? :headbang:

Can you do me a favour and send me large photos of the "HILUX" badge on the tailgate as well as measurements ... I want to reproduce that for my restore project! :waytogo:

PS - I´ll take the mudflaps off you before they get ripped off ... ;) and do you still have the original floor mats?

    The mud flaps stay sir...

And no, I have no floor mats. I'll try to remember to get you that picture/ measurements.

Do you know where I can get a new drag link with a new ball joint in it??? My steering is kinda sloppy.
