It throws everything off, you hear more highs than mids. Plus, I don't buy from brands that make other type of electronics. At least for my car audio anyway
I would say the Discus or Reference. You should check out Hertz car audio. They're probably cheaper and sound better.
Just get something with RMS rating on the amp thats close to what the RMS rating is on the speakers. example 1: say the door speakers RMS is 100 watts, you want an amp that does or close to 100 watts x2 . example 2: say the subs RMS is 300 watts and you wanna run 2 subs, you'd need an amp that does around 600 watts total.
to help you out even further. run two of these: P3 10" shallow 4-ohm DVC http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/prod...y_id=55&item_id=108283&locale=en_US&p_status= and this amp for the subs http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/prod...y_id=19&item_id=111371&locale=en_US&p_status=
yea thats the sub i was lookin at i think ill take ur advice on that sub now i need one for the speakers
this amp will run the door speakers and the dash speakers http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/prod...y_id=21&item_id=108230&locale=en_US&p_status=
If I don't run Alpine I'm gonna run Hertz Hi-Energy series components & subs with RF Power series amps.
you should've heard my old system with that box I posted pics of. I had a cop tell me he was so impressed that I was that loud with only one 10" that he wasn't gonna give me a noise violation ticket.
wut??? thats freakin dope which reminds me, my boy pulled into his school and a cop heard his subs, but since the cop was cool and understood my boy couldnt afford the ticket cuz he was a college student, he let him go, then comments on his car lol
thats awesome! Yea, I'm pretty known around here at the stereo competitions for taking a small & inexpensive system and competing with everyone else.
and winning lol i dnt wanna do comps i just really wanna enjoy my sounds... hey a kenwood double din will go great with that set up ima run right?
