removing spare tire

    I have a 95 pickup
    and i just cant figure out
    how to remove the spare tire underneath.....

    Those pics look like the ones off my old 4Runner. You should have a crank handle for the jack that would slip through a hole in the bumper and into the mechanism located above the spare.

    Crank 'er on down.

    i have a standard cab and i know where the jack and tools are
    but how would this one tool look like exactly
    cuz the tools i have doesnt seem like any of em are for the spare

    Should have a little hook thing or a small square on the end of one of the poles?!
    Look at the back of your truck, there is small hole near your tag.
    Look through the hole to where the top of the spare would be. you should be able to see the thing it goes in. then crank it down. its on a cable drive system

    i would have never guess'd......
    I always thought i had to mess with that thing that holds it

    i had to custom make my own tool that brought it down!
