the 79 is just sitting in the back yard as always. after my wife bought me my hilux she claimed it for herself. she wants it to be a 4dr like the new tacos, with just a little bed on it.

oh thats rite almost 4got bout ur 73...there was a guy round here selling a 75-76 a couple of weeks ago but he wanted like $3500...it was pretty clean yota but a lil outta my price range

 

when i got mine there was another one for $350, i wish i could have got both so i had a parts truck.

 

yeah that wouldve saved you alot of headaches...theres a guy across the street who has a 79-80...older guy...just waiting til it goes for sale!

 

there is a shell of one near me for 600, and for a little more he has a bunch of 5m motor parts. he was going to do a swap
