    photo radar is a van parked along the highway or freeway that takes your pic if you go 5 over the speed limit.

    i guess someone lit the van up as they drove by. i've been waiting for this to happen. unfortunately the thought ran through my head as i got flashed while doing 71 in a 75. the really sad part is if you get the ticket in the mail you don't have to pay it. the state has to serve you the ticket in person to legally make you pay it.
