so im thinking about putting LED bulbs in my corner lights and signals.... any thoughts on that?

 

psh get neons hehe, ThaTS what i'm getting on it next week pluse 2 tubes for the inside... gonna look sick, how much to get air bags kit+installed?

 

I have Red LED clusters in my rear signals and brake. Cost is pretty high lol.

for the corners and Signals, i havent done that yet

 

the cos is high but they look so much brighter and better... in my opinion

 

for my actual bulbs not for show. but if u get neons, get led neons, theyre brighter

but they can work guys?

 

J, i just haven't found a size for the corner lights. I know the corner light bulb is tiny as fawk. for the signals, just remember to get the matching sizes thats all.

 

yea if anything im gonna get blue bulbs. cuz im gonna put HIDs on my headlights, but its gonna be the blue colored ones so i want my entire front end lightin up blue

 

i just kept the 194 bulbs...... i have clear corners with amber bulbs...... look sweet. kinda jdm'ish.

led's will look like crap in the corners and such cus it does not glow evenly, just spot type intensity, actually looks dimmer in comparison and dont fill out the lense.... JMHO

 

im looking to fill out the corners but because im gonna have blue lights i want my corners to match, so jus get the 194, but blue?

same for the signals?

and i thought LEDs woulda filled it out more? my buddy did it with his dome lamp n it lights his car up or is that jus because its inside the car?

 

and im gonna use blue bulbs for the blinkers, i dnt care bout LEDs on those but if they blink brighter, y not?

 

I have that also, it looks killer!

Just be careful, blue bulbs in the corners & signals (mainly signals, because they blink) are illegal here. They're considered emergency colors.


I don't like most of the LED's cause they're directional. If you look at 'em from the side you can't see 'em. Plus, some of 'em don't seem as bright. Like they don't light up the whole light.

 

already checked with a cop, the signals are legal but wut do u think on the idea tho?

 

Go for it then! No LED's tho, just do bulbs. I think they look better.

Some LED's are directional, so you won't see 'em from the sides. I'll get a pic of my clear corners with amber bulbs real quick.

I would do some more checking on the corner lights with the cops before you do anything.
