Testing the waters, would anybody ne interested in a ported, big valve 20R head witha set of Dell'orto 40DHLA carbs and Mikuni Mani? Carbs are dry, most likely need to be dipped. Linkage modded for a cable center pull. Comes with gasket kits and some extra chokes and jetting. Lost 1 soft mount. I have a Mallory fuel pump and holley fuel pressure regulator in the box as well. $2k for the lot.

I would be interested in the 20r head but not really the carbs since I have webers. What size are the valves and cam specs? Is it fresh machine work or just pulled?

No cam. Valves are 45mm intake and 37 exhaust. Set up with Buick springs and bronze guides. Head was built quite a while back and never put into service. Still in the bag from the shop. No cam or rockers. I do have a Schneider cam with 114* centers, for EFI, the 250/260 grind, probably too mild for your set-up. Supposed to work well with stock EFI ECU.

How would you feel about making a purchase for me so I can ditch those taxes on paypal? I'm looking to get a set of Magnapan LRS speakers.

I just don't agree with the way they are doing the taxes.

I'm not opposed to it. Little bit of an audiophile myself. Built my second dream system last year. Would be best if we can get the ball rolling more after next Friday. Send me a link. I'm trying to pinpoint the ones your talking about.

I lost everything back in the '08 debacle. Finally betting back to tryimg to build the system back up. Still having to stay within a budget. Just got some Emotiva pieces and a pair of Infinity CS3007s. Decent rig, better than I had hoped.

I started with a cheap pioneer 5.1 system that I paired with some cheap bookshelf speakers for a while. Then I got on the Klipsch bandwagon. Started with the r51m's. Picked up 4 for $250. They wear alright but really had a placebo effect at least with the old amp. Brown out took out the pioneer after 5 plus years of hard use. Picked up a 7.1.2 Yamaha and it brought out the r51m's a little more. After hearing my friends rp series klipsch speaks I was sold. Picked up the rp280fa's for a good deal. Then got all the matching speakers besides the sub. Thats the one thing of there's I'm not sold on. Still rocking the Polk audio 10 inch I picked up when I first started.

Plan on doing a full Focal system in my daily with the flax series and the audio control d5 amp. I was going to pull the trigger on that soon when this came up. Lol

Looking into those speakers it seems they are built to order. So would probably be best to just go through PayPal for are exchange. You'll probably what to go though the full buying experience anyway so you'll be able to talk to someone personally and get more info.

Where would you like to end up on this pricewise? I know I want, always want, more than people want to pay.

One thing I want to make sure are still with the head are the cam caps or what you can call the bearings. Also do you happen to know the seat pressure of the springs?

Been a long while, heavy, like 130lbs. I was planning on an engine that wouldn't float the valves, ever.
