hahaha i was gonna write that to him too...is there a way we could retitle this? lol hey we served the purpose of the forum...meet people with toyotas and befriend them
No although people do say I've got the figure for it! Probably make more money doing that, in fact, I'd probably have a decent paint-job at the moment, and my bumper set up fixed.
Good Point. Glad I did join, I have almost no social life with my job hunting and until I can get a new job, I can't do all the cool crap I want to do with my truck, nor can I even take my girl to dinner anymore.(miss that...)
Stock, want to get a Smittybilt, but can't find any, Collins94 suggested I get one custom made. My stock brackets and bracket mounts are bent from when my fuel pump died. The explanation on what happened is under the how-to's exterior. I'm the only one who put something there.
Understand that. I've only made, maybe $7000 in two years and now I've only got $30 left. If only my truck wasn't abused by its first owner...
damn, yea i have a history with fords now with my 90 >=( but if i wasnt trying to go show with my truck i would gave like 300 in the bank right now but i dnt lol
one thing i've learned... the more you make the more you spend. there was a time i could live off of $2,000 a year. now i can barely live off of $90,000 a year. sucks to make money and be broke all the time.
time are hard, but you gotta keep on looking.. and there isn't shame in working at a gift shop... It's better than pan handling like a lot of people will do.. I'm unemployed so i know excactly what you guys are going through.. sucks really! I went to buy some 18 gauge wire and had to double think it today... food? wire? food? wire? I went with the wire.. hahaha..
Oh yeah. My family's in crap because my dad was laid off, although almost everyone has been that I know of. He may have two probable jobs lined up. Just gotta keep my fingers crossed.
i'm kinda lucky. as a welder there is almost always someone hiring, and my wife's an Rn. my work actually just laid off a bunch of people, but they are consolidating several shops into one, and that means a ton of work for me.
