No although people do say I've got the figure for it! Probably make more money doing that, in fact, I'd probably have a decent paint-job at the moment, and my bumper set up fixed.:p

Good Point. Glad I did join, I have almost no social life with my job hunting and until I can get a new job, I can't do all the cool crap I want to do with my truck, nor can I even take my girl to dinner anymore.(miss that...)

Stock, want to get a Smittybilt, but can't find any, Collins94 suggested I get one custom made. My stock brackets and bracket mounts are bent from when my fuel pump died. The explanation on what happened is under the how-to's exterior. I'm the only one who put something there.

Understand that. I've only made, maybe $7000 in two years and now I've only got $30 left. If only my truck wasn't abused by its first owner...

one thing i've learned... the more you make the more you spend. there was a time i could live off of $2,000 a year. now i can barely live off of $90,000 a year. sucks to make money and be broke all the time.:brickknock:

time are hard, but you gotta keep on looking.. and there isn't shame in working at a gift shop... It's better than pan handling like a lot of people will do.. I'm unemployed so i know excactly what you guys are going through.. sucks really! I went to buy some 18 gauge wire and had to double think it today... food? wire? food? wire? I went with the wire.. hahaha..

Wants vs. Needs. Gotta hate moments like that. But that's all we've got now.

i'm kinda lucky. as a welder there is almost always someone hiring, and my wife's an Rn. my work actually just laid off a bunch of people, but they are consolidating several shops into one, and that means a ton of work for me.

it's sad for everyone, all of the layoffs at my work were people in their 40's.
