Yes they are 79-83 4x4 stock toyota flares
I also nabbed a bunch of chrome parts too off of Craig's

 

Chrome 80"s square tube aftermarket grill
79-81 chrome round light 4x4 grill and chrome headlight bezels
And look good a 4x4 chrome front lower valance also from the 80"s got them off a show truck that was built in the 80"s

This is why my 80 sits cause this where my damn time and monies go...my 09 taco
