ok so i got some nooby questions
this is my first car that i have worked on and lowered so im a bit slow

    1. im nearly sitting on my bumpstops which look really big to be honest, but to go lower how do i go about trimming them or are there some smaller ones to get that bolt on? i wouldnt want to remove them i see the purpose of them and roads round my way are shocking full of pot holes.

    2. im sitting on 17" rims and i was wondering if i go to 15 or 16" and get low profile tyres will that give me more room to the bumpstops and get me lower without scrubbing in the guards.

i want to find a set of these rims

    3. anyone running rims like these?

Bumpstops are rubber. Get a hacksaw and cut. Be careful for the bolt

Smaller wheels will get you lower but wont give your suspension more travel in its current state

Smaller wheels with low profile tires that are not matched to the size of your trucks normal tire size will mess with your speedometer reading.

I just removed the bump stops all together and installed lowering shocks. Allot smoother ride now.

yes, you can cut them half of their height.
