Up for sale is a right and left reflector for 1972 to 1978 Toyota pickup. They show a little wear. They have a few scratches and one has a little red over spray. One also has a broken post. $20 shipped.

Do you have a rear view mirror for the 72-78 hilux?

 

Where do these go? My '73 doesn't have them and nowhere to put them as far as I can tell.

 

They go under your tailgate, nearly straight down from the sides of it.

 

Like behind the bumper? Or were they an option for if you didn't have a bumper? Mine has rectangular reflectors mounted on the tailgate about midway up towards the outside edge.

Mine has a steel diamond plate bumper from Bardens Bumper Inc. out of Woodland, CA. I actually saw another early 70s Hilux today with a bumper from the same place, it was almost the same bumper except it had plating that went around the sides almost to the back of the rear fender.

Weird, mine doesn't have holes there...
